Exposing Fraud in New Mexico

The Former Chief Financial Officer of Spaceport America, Zach DeGregorio, filed a lawsuit today against Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and the State of New Mexico. The legal complaint is for violation of the NM Whistleblower Protection Act and Malfeasance by the State Auditor. The complaint provides evidence that Zach DeGregorio was forced to resign in a constructive discharge when New Mexico leadership forced him to choose between keeping his job or committing crimes. The complaint names twenty-one individuals who participated in a conspiracy, including leaders at the highest levels of state government including Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, Attorney General Hector Balderas, NM State Auditor Brian Colon, Economic Development Cabinet Secretary Alicia Keyes and current Managers at Spaceport America. The complaint provides evidence of extortion, bribery, illegal drug use, sex discrimination, procurement fraud, securities fraud, and violations of multiple Federal laws. The complaint describes how after Zach DeGregorio’s departure, the Defendants proceeded to commit over $200 Million in fraud, when they issued bonds under false pretenses with disclosure documents containing fraudulent information.

  1. Awesome thanks. I have lived in the state of New Mexico for 40 years. Love the state and the history. Cannot stand the corruption in the politics. You have my support.
